The latex balloons are the standard 11 inch size, all from QUALATEX... red, orange, spring green, robins egg blue, violet and yellow with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY print..... the 3 round ART PARTY theme balloons are the standard 18 inch size. These are a new type of balloon, the next generation , they are not foil or mylar , they are a non-conductive film, this allows there to be a more vivid color print than was possible on standard foil, also these are much less liable to tear or get pinholes and they are lighter so they will float longer and perform better at higher altitudes. You will not get static shocks like sometimes happen with the foil balloons and these will not cause problems with overhead power lines if they are accidentally released... please never release these intentionally, dispose of them responsibly so as to not cause pollution and negatively impact our environment.
