These are all new. I had a party and this is what I ended up not using. Each bag had 500 clips. One bag is opened. Ended up not using them, but can not guarantee that the open bag has all 500. #7 Shows what a balloon clip is #8 & #9 Gold cup cake sticks - 24 in sealed package #10 3 sheets of glue dots, 5 rolls of balloon arch strips, 2 rolls of ribbon, and 1 balloon tie. The box weighs close to 4 lbs. Smoke free home Will combine shipping when possible * CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
