I got this item at a bin store where the items are just strewn into bins at different prices. I started to open up the numbers to measure but could tell I would never get them neatly back into the packaging. So I stopped and put them back in packaging. I don't know how big they are, The numbers are very large. I would say 24" or bigger. The label on packaging says 2024. They are gold foil balloons. Comes with a straw that you put in the hole to blow up, remove straw then just put some tape over the hole to seal it.
