This is for a sealed back of promotional City of Villains balloons. Packaging has never been opened. It is 20 year old latex. Keep that in mind before you break them out for parties. This would be more for a City of Heroes Merchandise collector. I have to add this into the description in order to post this item: CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
