Approximately 11" in diameter when properly inflated. FILL WITH HELIUM OR AIR - Inflate balloon with helium using a balloon inflator or with air using a balloon hand pump. CHOKING HAZARD – Children under 8 yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
